Because Starbucks can sell to you emotions, how, they have more oxygen in the air conditioning, theplace is comfortable, the esthetic is nice, you feel good been there.
In the age of my grandparents was like 7%.
In the age of my mom was like 20%.
I have like 35%.
My grandmotherpurchases all the ingredients to make a cake.
My mom is going to purchase a cake box to make a cake but is going to be easier.
I’m going to purchase a cake in the store.
My kids are goingto celebrate the birthday in MacDonald’s.
Why because for everyone in our minds it’s going to more easy and better.
For all us it is ok to purchase an Iphone for $599, why because inour minds the phone has everything that we expected, but actually it is only a phone.
Land Solution was a company who works fixing computers; however the company was in the way onbankruptcy. The company trying to survive, changes the name of the company and his believes. Now the company that was only one store becomes a company who is now in 7 states and sells hisservice 4 times more expensive that the other companies, only for sell emotions.
Paul Galvin star with the Company… who sells air conditioning, but the product not was of a good quality andthen the company gets into Bankruptcy.
