• Fax copy (1-888-242-1384) or Email of the “Authorization for Pick-Up” (back page of invoice)designating Fast Track Logistics along with the lot numbers and your signature.

• If the ship to address is different than the invoice address pleaseprovide contact and phone number for delivery.

• Shipments under $2000.00 please click here for secure online payment or contact our office 866-325-6447with credit card details. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Electronic Fund Transfer to our bank, Certified Checks and Money Ordersare also accepted.


• Billing address as it appears on your credit card statement.

• Shipments in excess of $2000.00 will require a certifiedcheck sent to our office or Electronic fund transfer to our bank. Please call 866-325-6447 for banking information.

Processing and coordination of yourshipment typically takes 3-5 working days, upon completion you will be notified of an approximate delivery date along with carrier tracking number which you cantrack using our website. Please feel free to contact us at any time with any questions you may have.
