INTRODUCTION



Evo is the actual president of Bolivia, he is the president number 84 and 85, he was elected as president in2005 , with more than the 54% of votes, and re-elected in 2010, he born in orinaca a Little village from Oruro the 26 of octuber 1959, his father was Dionisio Morales Huanca and his mother was MariaMamani, he was 1 between 7 of which only 3 survive.They were farmers and breeders of llamas and his lenguage was the aymara, his education was normal untill he reach the ninth grade then he leave theschool, he usually travel to cochabamba for his father`s work, one day “el niño” came to orinaca so he went to San Francisco(1981), and became the sport secretary, he usually went to protest for the badgovernment, becouse they dont pay enough attention to the “cocaleros” and then he join the MAS (Movimiento al Socialismo) and his politic start.



POLITIC START

In 1997, under the pressure ofelectoral facts, it took a party already registered, so that the Confederation of Workers of Cochabamba Tropics led by Morales, decided to merge with the Movement Toward Socialism (MAS). Then on July23, 1997 was re-founded under the leadership of Morales. That same year comes to Parliament as MP for Cochabamba with 70% of the vote. In a first attempt to gain power in 2002, Morales and the MASgovernment developed a program which included the convening of a Constituent Assembly and a policy of hydrocarbons undefined. In particular, MAS did not want the Tarija gas was sold through a Chileanport, while it will not negotiate the return of ocean access, the range of Atacama, Bolivia lost as a result of the Pacific War, or saltpeter, in 1879.
