In this specific case ACADEMIC PROCESSES are those procedures related to the academic life of the student referred tothe processes of registration, payment, teacher evaluation, consultation notes and schedules. , This web application is developed to manage the academic processes which will feature two modules, so the first function will generate a record of study, retirement, good conduct, listed by section and class schedule. Now the second module to conduct newsletters. Put another way , is a friendly andsimple tool to use for users , also designing and building a database that allows to access information quickly and safe for further handling . This system was developed in the programming activities using PHP as programming language implementation through version 8 Macromedia Dreamweaver to create the web and using wamp serve Myadmin Php for the development of the database.
     Then, we proceededwith the optimization of the code , making a thorough review of the program to the lines so as to eliminate redundant processes , achieving better performance and resource utilization , which was reached total development and registration Web site required by the institution to carry out its internal academic processes .
Thus achieving new knowledge, professionalism, cognitive skills,investigative, solution capabilities in the discovery, development, and problem solving approach professionals, seeking to minimize errors and maximize the strengths in order to ensure the continued progress of human society in balanced harmony with nature to which it belongs.
