extraconal,
lobulada,
hipercaptante
homogéneamente, con finos septos internos y
vacíos de señal porflujo serpinginosos en su

DIAGNOSTICO

 En TC y RM se ven como masas bien definidas, con seudocápsula fibrosa
diferenciada.

Gran malformación cavernomatosa en una mujer de 43años con protosis ocular
derecha indolora. Cortes axiales en T1 (a), T1 fatsat con contraste (b y c), que
muestran una lesión intraconal hipointensa que causa expansión de la órbita
(flechas en a). Tras la administración inmediata de contraste (b) existe una
captación inhomogénea con predominio central de la lesión; una hora más tarde
(c) existe un completo realce de la misma.
