Dining in Yucatan:
Yucatán is one of the thirty-one states that, along with the FederalDistrict, comprise the thirty-two states in Mexico. The state is located in the southeast of Mexico and north of the Yucatan Peninsula. It is bounded on the north by the Gulf of Mexico, southeast ofthe state of Quintana Roo and southwest by the state of Campeche.
The Yucatecan cuisine tastes different from the rest of Mexico and has been ranked as having one of the most comprehensive cuisines.Condiments are a typical basis, water also affects the region and of course they are crucial ingredients in dishes like the Yucatan. These are influenced by the original kitchen maya, especially thelink with the corn that was the staple food of the Maya people.
Although there are other influences in the cuisine of Yucatan, Caribbean styles, mostly from Mexico Puebla and Veracruz cuisine,European and Middle Eastern culture.
Yucatecan cuisine is the result of a mixture delicioos cuisine that combines European and Creole influence.
The food is prepared with corn pork, chicken and venisonserved with chutneys of habanero peppers and max.

ingredients:-Banana Leaf (1 piece) -Bitter orange (three)
-Chicken leg (six) - Tomato (two)
-Red message (100 grams) -Onion
-Epazote (a branch) - Butter(100 g)
-Salt (to taste)
