19 car accidents between 15th and 16th of September.
This 15 and 16 September there were 19 cars in accidents, only one was caused by a drunk driver, the other 18 said the Judge ConciliatorCarlos Hector Morales are carelessness of drivers, also ensures that the holidays are normal days, and that’s no reason to drive wrong.
The consequences in a crash can be very severe. In a collisionwhere no one gets hurt only stop vehicles, however if the driver has some degree of intoxication, depending on the degree this can be detained up to 36 hours. However, if there are any injured, theperson guilty of the shock is taken to public ministry.
The judge shall determine, Ms. Linda Ibetth Martinez Estrada in charge of detention and release of people, tells us that most of these accidentsor arrests of people are because of the inexperience and negligence of drivers, because if people will respect the traffic signs there would be no infringement of the people.
