Introduction
PDF Expert is an advancedPDF viewer, which provides set of professional functions to markup, review and annotate PDF documents. You can use PDF Expert for adding notes, making markups and bookmarks, highlight text and underline key words in your files, also you can view your document outline and easily move from one chapter to another. After you’ve reviewed and modified the document, you can email, upload it to Dropbox orother web storage. Your markups, annotations and highlighting are stored inside PDF and will be visible via Adobe Acrobat or any other desktop PDF viewer.

Copying files to PDF Expert
USB file transfer using iTunes File Sharing PDF Expert supports iTunes USB File Sharing. To transfer files via USB: • • • • connect the iPad to your computer via USB in iTunes, select your iPad, and then click theApps tab below File Sharing, select “PDF Expert” from the list and then click Add in the window that appears, select a file to transfer and then click Choose.

You can also Drag & Drop files into PDF Expert document list.

Connecting PDF Expert as a shared network drive PDF Expert can use Wi-Fi network connection to copy files between iPad and a computer. PDF Expert uses WebDAV protocol toshare its data with other computers via Wi-Fi Network. Most popular operating systems and many programs have the ability to mount WebDAV resource as a network drive. You need to know device IP address as well as login and password to access files stored inside PDF Expert on your iPad. Login and password are optional and can be configured on “Settings” tab inside PDF Expert. You will be able tosee your iPad’s IP address near Wi-Fi drive icon and in the left bottom corner. You can also read same details about connecting PDF Expert to computer by tapping question mark button inside PDF Expert.

For quick uploading/downloading files, you may also connect to PDF Expert with any modern web browser. Just type full URL like http://192.168.1.15 into address bar (replace 192.168.1.15 with IPaddress of your iPad ). Connecting PDF Expert to Windows XP 1 Open the “Start” menu and select “My Network Places”. 2 At the “Network Tasks” panel (you can find it on the left part of the window) click “Add a Network Place”. “Network Place Wizard” will be launched. 3 Click “Next” at the “Add Network Place Wizard” welcome screen. 4 Select “Choose another network location” and then click “Next”. 5 Type"http://" and PDF Expert IP address and port. This information is displayed on top of the “Network” tab on your iPad.
