1. Salmonella
Symptoms: stomach pain, diarrhea, nausea, chills, fever, and headache usually appear 6 to 48 hours after eating; may last 1 to 2 days.

Causes: intestinal tract andfeces of animals; Salmonella enteritidis in raw eggs

Treatment: Most physicians will treat patients with antibiotics. If Salmonella are isolated from the patient, the bacteria should be studied todetermine if they are resistant to certain antibiotics so the physician can choose the most effective treatment.

Prevention: is proper hygiene and enforcement of public health rules and regulations.Also avoiding direct contact with carriers of Salmonella.

2. Streptococcus A
Symptoms: sore throat, painful swallowing, tonsillitis, high fever, headache, nausea, vomiting, malaise.

Causespeople-to-food from poor hygiene, ill food handlers, or improper food handling; outbreaks from raw milk, ice cream, eggs, lobster, salads, custard, and pudding allowed to stand at room temperature forseveral hours between preparation and eating.

Prevention: wounds be kept clean and covered with bandages.
Treatment: it is the preferred antibiotic for most types of streptococcal infections.Sometimes thought to be more effectively treated with penicillin in combination with clindamycin, or another antibiotic, and surgery.

3. Clostridium perfringens
Symptoms: diarrhea and gas painsmay appear 8 to 24 hours after eating; usually last about 1 day.

Causes: many outbreaks result from food left for long periods in steam tables or at room temperature.

Prevention: Discardcontaminated objects, wash clothes, and wash affected areas.
Treatment: It is not considered as a success, so the best thing is prevention.
