POSITION: Associate Customer Service Rep / (3 Temp Positions)

REPORTS TO:Customer Service Supervisor
WORK LOCATION: Hyson-La Mesa - Tijuana Facility
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary responsibilities are resolving customer product issues over the telephone providetraining and coaching to others team members in supporting customers; assist in data entry to customer service databases
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Enter customer information accurately indatabases; could assist in preparing reports; perform general administration tasks within the RBTS group
Resolve customer product issues, apply surveys or any other technical support issues related to theproducts and services over the phone (inbound or outbound calls)
Must meet and comply with department and company policies, procedures, objectives and regulations
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellentcommunication skills both written and verbal in English to communicate with external and internal customers, or other groups within the company
Must have flexibility to work within a flexibleschedule that may include 12hrs/day operations and different work schedules, may include weekends
Telephone customer service experience
Ability to work in extended periods on the telephone helpingcustomers, including customer follow up
Initiative to identify issues and areas of need and implement solutions
Excellent judgment in ambiguous situations and creative problem solving; capable of handlingvarious projects or tasks at the same time (multitasker)
Experience with MS Office tools
Require a high school or technical degree
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
BS or BA degree in a technical or arelated field
Ability in working with high end technical troubleshooting support groups
Advanced computer skills
Leadership and project management skills
