RESUMEN El aspecto académico dentro de las universidades es fundamental partiendo desde la inscripción de los estudiantes enlos semestres establecidos hasta la elaboración de las actas cada fin de los mismos, hoy en día el inicio de este proceso el de inscripción en casi todas las universidades del país se hacen usando Las Tecnologías de Información y Comunicación (TICS), el cual a coadyuvado a que este se haga de manera más rápida, con mayor seguridad además de evitar las largas colas que cada inicio de semestre; el`presente trabajo de investigación pretende mostrar los beneficios que acarrea el implantar un sistema a nivel de prototipo en la FIIS-UNAS que permita realizar las inscripciones de los estudiantes de manera más sencilla porque permite realizar casi todo el proceso de inscripción vía la internet, rápida porque se evitan las aglomeraciones en las oficinas académicas y segura porque los pagos exigidospor el reglamento de estudios se hacen en las entidades financieras de cualquier lugar del Perú; en este prototipo se empleo todos los mecanismos existentes para el desarrollo de aplicaciones web así como la metodología más adecuada que permitió obtener un producto basado en los estándares de calidad que es muy necesario y hasta obligatorio hoy en día.

Los conceptos más importantes seresumieron para comprender el contexto de la investigación son las siguientes: ”Modelo de Negocio”, ”Análisis de Requerimientos”, “Base de Datos”, “Sistema de Gestión de Base de Datos”, “Integridad de Datos”, “Seguridad Informática”, “Sistemas de Información”, así como el aprendizaje del lenguaje de programación PHP para desarrollo del Sistema de Información vía web, la herramienta de diseño DreamWeaber,el manejador de base de datos mysql. Summary The academic aspect inside the universities is fundamental dividing from the inscription of the students in the semesters established up to the production of the minutes end of the same ones, nowadays the beginning of this process that of inscription in almost all the universities of the country are done using The Technologies of Information andCommunication (TICS), which to contributed to which this one is done in a more rapid way, with major safety beside avoiding the long tails of every beginning of semester; the present work of investigation tries to show benefits that it transports implant a system to level of prototype in the FIIS UNAS that it allows to realize the inscriptions of the students of a simplest way that avoid theagglomerations in the academic offices and sure because the payments demanded by the regulation of studies are done in the financial institutions of any place of Peru; this prototype uses all the existing mechanisms for the development of web applications as well as the most suitable methodology that allowed to obtain a product based on the quality standards that it is very necessary and up to obligatorilynowadays. Summarized to understand the context of the investigation they are the following ones: " Model of Business ", " Analysis of Requirements ", "Database", " System of Management of Database", " Integrity of Information ", "Security Informatic", Information Systems ", as well as the learning of the language of programming PHP for development of the Information system web route, the tool ofdesign DreamWeaber, the driver of database mysql.
