Upegui: -hello people
Carmina:- hi guys
Fabiola and Estefani:- hi
fabiola:- Where do they go?
Carmina: - going to the library
Fabiola: - What will you do in the library?
Upegui: - we willinvestigate over sulfuric acid
Fabiola: - What is sulfuric acid?
Estefani:- so I have understood, sulfuric acid is a highly corrosive chemical. Usually obtained from sulfur dioxide by oxidation withnitrogen oxides in aqueous solution
Upegui:- besides having the formula H2SO4 is a very dangerous compound and is the most produced in the world, so it is used as one of many meters of industrialcapacity of countries
Carmina:- A large part of the sulfuric acid used in the production of fertilizers. Also used for the synthesis of other acids, sulfates and petrochemical industry
Fabiola:- it is goodto know that sulfuric acid is a very interesting compound.
Estefani :- What is your question about sulfuric acid?
Upegui:- its formation
Cesar:-hello guys
Todos:-hello mr. cesar
Fabiola:- Mr.Cesar. Do you know how sulfuric acid is formed?
Cesar:- if sulfuric acid is formed with a molecule of pyramidal structure with the sulfur atom at the center and four oxygen atoms at the vertices. Thetwo hydrogen atoms are bonded to oxygen atoms by double bond is not attached to sulfur. Depending on the dissolution these hydrogens can be dissociated. In water behaves as a strong acid in the firstdissociation, giving the hydrogen anion, and as a weak acid in the second, giving the sulfate anion. Also reacts violently with water and organic compounds with heat release.
Todos:- thanks mr. cesarCesar:- You're welcome, and remember that sulfuric acid is very dangerous

Upegui:-hola gente
Carmina: - hola chicos
Fabiola y Estefani: - hi
fabiola: - ¿A dónde van?
Carmina: - ir a labiblioteca
