Therestaurant follows the principles of the Swiss Youth Hostels Association: convenience, fair prices, sustainability and international flair. The range of dishes includesinternational classics that are prepared in woks right in front of guests as they relax in their seats. Our restaurant bar lounge’ will offer youth hostel guests and the generalpublic a special selection of culinary delights seven days a week, from 7 a.m. to midnight.
Meals are prepared at wok stations in an open kitchen as guests look on. Therange includes international classics such as Thai green chicken curry, mince with pappardelle and sweet and sour apple slices, and Penne Arrabbiata. Guests can add theirown extra requests, and have meals prepared to their personal tastes. Each main course comes with a fresh seasonal salad starter. The full menu consists of three courses.This includes a salad and a main course, and for dessert, guests can choose from a selection of ice creams from the restaurant’s own gelato. Dishes such as beef teriyakiand seasonal vegetables, made with exquisite fresh ingredients. Quality bottled wines are offered by the glass or carafe, along with beers and soft drinks.
With bar andlounge areas, the restaurant provides seating for 120 people, and at lunchtimes and in the evenings it offers around 15 main dishes, along with menus that change every day.
