INTRODUCTION
For proper management in administrative or expansion projects it is necessary to establish an efficient operation procedure system before starting. With the aim of increasing convenience for the public andimproving the quality of administrative services through the effective use of information will make the organization to achieve simple and efficient administrative operations.
To carry out physically the activities that ensue from the steps of planning and organization, it is necessary that the manager takes measurements that initiate and continue the needed actions in order that the members ofthe group execute the task. Between the common measures used by the manager to put the group in action we can find direction, development and they also need to instruct all the team to help them to improve their knowledge.
The operations system is based in all the connections with the staff making tasks and developing all the missions. If all the points interact with the administration system, theresults will include all the information from the moment the idea was made until the office is open to start working in.
An important case for the multimedia operations works without problems and immediately is allocating responsibilities for each person at the organisation and monitoring all the results, the intention or aim in this system defines a distribution that tries always to reach allthe multimedia access.
Another important point to get good develop into the system is the entropy which is the trend of the systems to get worn out, to disintegrating, for the relaxation of the standards and an increase of the randomness.

The operation for the multimedia also works if the people who does part in it, have the idea, experience and the creativity to make business get a bettercompetitive level including the new power changes of the market.

Making work equipment, planning and evaluating all the process will make the process required.

SUITABLE LOCATION FOR THE NEW OFFICE:

a) Brisbane: The office can be located in the Milton suburb, more exactly in Unit 6, 414 Upper Roma St, Brisbane, QLD 4000 because it’s a commercial place for the employees and customers with aspecial environment, services and facilities and it doesn’t have competitive demand for business in the area. Public transport in the area is excellent and close to the city. It’s suitable for all kind of business management services. It costs about $387 per week without services.

b) Melbourne: Another option to establish the office, it’s a place close to the city in Melbourne because it’s atourist city, the address is Level 14, 390 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne, VIC 3004, there is a comfortable space to located the new business office with good location, good marketing and interesting for the customers with a cost of $570 per week.

c) Brisbane: In the City, there is a lot of business, offices, commercialization, markets, shops, everything is in the city of Brisbane, and it’s a busycity with a lot of opportunities to make more business. Level 24, 288 Edward St, Brisbane, QLD 4000, is a perfect location in the city with enough space to make a good environment for the office with all the personal contracted costing $623 per week including services.

Sometimes the location rent is cheaper outside to the city but the business grown up into the city because there is thecompetition, the business people, the contacts, and everything needed to make the new system. Our city is the best option to do it counting with public relations, real customers, etc. It’s expensive but the principal option to get good business being useful and recognized earnings.
