Introduction

In this work I will talk about anhonest politician in Panamá and for this work I choosed Guillermo Endara Gallimani.

Guillermo Endara Galimany David (Panama City, May 12, 1936 - Idem September 28, 2009)1 was a politician, lawyer and 39th president of Panama who ruled from 1989-1994. He was the first president who took over after the end of military rule, dismantled afterthe 1989 U.S. invasion.
With Ecuador ancestors by the father and Spanish by the mother, is a son of Guillermo Endara Paniza, Panamanian broadcasting pioneer andentrepreneur. The youth received primary education in the College Miramar Panama City and, after emigrating family temporarily on account of the coup of 1941, in the Colegio La SalleChristian Brothers in Buenos Aires, and high school in the United States, in the Black-Foxe Military Institute of California.2
He studied pre-med at Tulane University andSeale Accounting Business College in New Orleans, United States, but ended up graduating in law and political science at the University of Panama and did a degree inAnglo-American law in University of New York, United States.
Returning to Panama, is dedicated to practice law. In 1964 begins to participate in political campaigns in San Miguelitoand Curundú. In 1984 he was secretary of Authentic Panamanian Party.

I chose Guillermo Endara because he is a politician that he did all his promises and take Panamaout from a horrible Crisis.
