Are we getting to the end of the World?

Is it our fault that this is happening? Can we help out? In the past years we have been having a lot of problems withterrorism, global warming, weather changes etc. For examples on December 30, 2006 Saddam Hussein was hung, according to NRDC the Arctic Ice Cape has been melting and making the percentage of water grow and onAugust 21, 2011 a tropical storm passed through Puerto Rico and the north-east part of the United States causing a lot of damages and deaths.

Terrorism is something we don’t take as a joke!When the death of Saddam Hussein passed, the percentage of the terrorism grew. Five years later the death of Osama Bin Laden happened and then the terrorism decreased. This doesn’t mean that it’s notgoing to happen again soon but we always have to be prepared. Global Warming makes Arctic’s ice cape shrink. Melting glaciers and land-based ice sheets also contribute to rising sea levels,threatening low-lying areas around the globe with beach erosion, coastal flooding, and contamination of freshwater supplies. Even before the hurricane people knew what to do. More than 2 million people weretold to move to safer places, and New York City ordered the nation's biggest subway system shut down for the first time because of a natural disaster. Orders covered at least 2.3 million people,including 1 million in New Jersey, 315,000 in Maryland, 300,000 in North Carolina, 200,000 in Virginia and 100,000 in Delaware.

Things are not that easy as they look. Everybody thinks that we can’t dosomething to stop global warming but they’re wrong. According to the technologies that exist today to make cars that run cleaner and burn less gas, generate electricity from wind and sun, modernizepower plants, and build refrigerators, air conditioners and whole buildings that use less power. As individuals, each of us can take steps to save energy and fight global warming.
