The target markets of Vera are the hotel, that’s why our marketing team is focus on good active relationships with all the hotels in Mexico. We can provide quality to their guest and that’s how we´ll earn the value of our clients.
Share market
We know that nowadays people is looking for green friendly products, made with natural materials an ancient techniques and that’sexactly what Vera can offer. Our selling will start with ecological hotels, inns and bungalows but will gradually be increase to big chain hotels. We can forecast a total 35% of the total market share for the first two years.

Since we are looking to acquire the 35% of the total market share in the first two years of operation, we will be positioned as one of the first five options ofamenities a hotel could choose. If we offer an extra quality and green friendly product we can be sure that Vera could become the first choice in all the first class hotels in Mexico.

Consent about our new brand situation we would rapidly promote our products by giving free samples to all our target hotels, making sure that they ask their guess their opinions about Veraproducts. We know that our products will fill the costumers expectative; therefore hotels will buy our products. Offering good prices and guaranteed quality will create strong relationships with our customers.

Vera line will be focus at first in eco-tourism Hotels with medium sizes. In most cases this kind of hotels main goal it´s to provide a sustainable service to theirclients, so they can enjoy a natural experience without affecting the ecosystem. Vera can complement this idea by supplying green friendly soap and shampoo for their bath amenities, in presentations and fragrances adequate for any type of their guest: young adventurers, middle age couples, elder visitors. There are over one hundred eco touristic hotels and establishments in the central area ofMexico and that’s exactly the market we are looking for.
Economic
Due to the manual process and natural green friendly materials, our product will only be offered to high class hotels, which can afford the quality that we produce, thinking about their own clients. Once we conquer the middle size hotels sector, we can invest to increase the production of Vera soap and shampoo and set the big chainshotels as our targets. These are the hotels with bigger interest in the total satisfaction of their costumers and the ones that will take our products to the top. Vera is aware that most of these eco touristic hotels have a high level economy, with luxury rooms and public spaces like the San Antonio Hacienda, and we know that they will be interest in our product because we care about quality...
