Tim: Hey Julie. How's it going?
Julie: Hi Tim. I'm all right. How are you?
Tim: Not too bad.
Tim: So, I hear your photocopier is out of order again.
Julie: Yes. As usual.
Tim: Well, let me take a look at it. I'll see what I can do.
Tim: Well, looks like you were out of toner. It should be as good as new now.
Julie: Great! What would we do without you, Tim? Have a good one!
Tim:You too. Bye.
Andrea Lewis: Good Morning. I'm Andrea Lewis, and I'm here for a 10:00 appointment with Mr. Trulson.
Julie: Good morning, Dr. Lewis. Please take a seat and make yourself comfortable. He'll be available shortly.
Andrea Lewis: Thank you.
Andrea Lewis: I'm a bit early, I'm afraid.
Julie: No problem at all. May I get you anything while you're waiting?
Andrea Lewis: Oh, thankyou. Uh, do you have today's paper, by any chance?
Julie: Yes, of course. Do you have a preference?
Andrea Lewis: The Times would be perfect.
Julie: There you are.
Andrea Lewis: Thanks again.
John: Hello Julie. How are you?
Julie: Hello John. I'm fine, thanks. Let me take your coat.
John: Thanks.
John: Gary asked me to come in at 9:30 to go over some paperwork. Sorry I'm late. Thetraffic was terrible.
Julie: No problem at all. He'll be free any minute.
John: Oh, OK.
John: I'll just wait here, then.
Julie: Go ahead and sit down, if you'd like. Can I get you some coffee or tea?

Julie: OK. Let me know if you need anything else.
John: OK, thanks.
Mary: Bye, Mr. Trulson. Thank you very much.
Julie: Dr.Lewis, Mr. Trulson can see you now.
Andrea Lewis: Great. Where is his office located, please?
Julie: It's down the hall, first door on your right.
Andrea Lewis: OK, thank you.

TOUR PREPARATION
Jennifer: Oh, uh, that's mine. Sorry about that.
Paul: Actually, that reminds me:before the tour starts, please turn off your cell phones. This way they won't interrupt the tour.
Nick: Is there somewhere where we can leave our things?
Paul: Yes, you can leave your things in the room just over there. I'll keep it locked while you're on the tour.
Nick: Thanks.
Angela: What are we going to see first?
Paul: First, you'll visit the factory. Then you'll come back here tovisit this building. This is our administrative center.
Nick: That sounds interesting.
Christina: Um, just one quick question before we go: can we take photos, or should I leave my camera with the rest of my things?
Paul: It's OK to take photos. However, please don't use your flash. That way it won't disturb our employees.
Christina: OK, thanks.
Paul: Once you're in the factory, please...
