Verbos Irregulares
1. Countable Nouns: se refiere a cosas que podemos contar. Por ejemplo, "pen", porque podemos contar los boligrafos. Podemos tener “one, two, three or more pens”.Otros ejemplos serían: dog, cat, animal, man, person, bottle, box, litre, coin, note, Euro, cup, etc.
a. Countable nouns pueden ser singulares o plurales:
• My dog is playing.
• My dogs arehungry.
b. Podemos usar el artículo indefinido a/an:
• A dog is an animal.
• That is a cat.
c. Cuando un cuntable noun es plural, podemos dejarlo solo o usar some y any:
• I likeoranges.
• I've got some dollars.
• Have you got any pens?
d. Podemos usar a few (unos pocos) y many (muchos):
• I've got a few dollars.
• I haven't got many pens.
2.Uncountable Nouns: son sustancias, conceptos, etc. que no podemos contar puesto que no podemos dividirlos en elementos separados. Por ejemplo, no podemos contar "milk", aunque si podemos contar “bottles ofmilk" or "litres of milk". Otros ejemplos serían music, art, love, happiness, information, news, furniture, chocolate, money, sugar, butter, cheese, bread, water, etc.
a. Normalmente son nombressingulars:
• I've got some money.
b. No podemos usar el artículo indefinido a/an. No podemos decir "an information" o "a music". Sin embargo, si podemos decir: a bottle of water, a loaf of bread, apiece of fruit, etc.
c. Podemos usar some and any:
• I've got some money.
• Have you got any rice?
d. Podemos usar little(poco) y much (mucho):
• I've got little money.
• Ihaven't got much rice.
