MUSTNECESSITY
-This modal verb can be used for present or future actions:
1. I must do my homework (now)
2. Imust do my homework (next weekend)
-We must write the modal verbs before the verbs in affirmative sentences.
I must do exercise
I can play the piano
I may givehim a lift
He will dance with Sara tonight
In question words we write the modal verb at first
Must I do exercise?
Can I play the piano?
May I give him a lift?Will he dance with Sara tonight?
In negative sentences we modify the modal verb in its negative form
I mustn´t do exercise = I don´t have to do exercise
I can´tplay the piano
I may not give him a lift
He won´t dance with Sara tonight.
Must= have/has to (expression)
MUST HAVE/HAS TO
I must go to school I have to goto school
Must I go to school? Do I have to go to school?
I mustn´t go to school I don´t have to go to school
With third person (he, she, it)
MUST HAVE/HAS TOShe must go to school She has to go to school
Must she go to school? Does she have to go to school?
She mustn´t go to school I doesn´t have to go to schoolWhy?
