With an estimated 90.5 million inhabitants in 2011, Vietnam is the world's  13th most populous county in the world, and the 8th most populous Asian country.

Thelenguage of vietnam is divided into three families:
← Autro-Asiatic family
← The family of the Austronesian language family and the Sino-tebetan.
← The vietnamese speak languages of eight different groups.

Distribution
← Most Vietnamese, 88% of the country's population- live mainly in the red river delta, in the coastal plains and the Mekong River Delta.
← The otherfifty three ethnic groups 5.5 million people in total ,live mainly in mountain areas from north to south and whose extension is two-thirds of the country.

Exchange and identity
Although they speak different languages, the ethnics groups live close to each other so this way a group can get to know the language of the others with whom they have daily relationships, and although they are involved in anintercultural exchange, they store and preserve their own culture and identity.


NEGATIVE IMPACT OF TOURISM IN SMALLS COMMUNITIES.

The first tourists arrive
Hospitality and kindness. Cause few offenses and no exchange of money.

More tourists arrive
Spread news of the hospitality and friendliness of local people. The tourists give candies and / or gifts to the children and ask to buycloths and local artefacts.

Tourists arrive on a regular basis
Hotels are built, different foods are brought into the country, English and other international lenguages are learned and used with tourists. Increase of natural energy resources (wood, liquid fuels..) used to cook, to provide lightening and refrigeration for tourists.

Tourist arrival increases
The place becomes more and moredependent on money from tourist;
• children beg for money, clothes, cassettes and are sometimes tempted to sexual requests from tourists.
• Increase on energy demands put pressure on local forests, sewage discharges become a problem, as well as waste and disposal.
• They bring food and beverage into the community to meet the needs of tourists

The arrival of tourists increaserapidly
← The members of the community, including children and adolescents, they become more aggressive in their dealings with tourists.
← There may be an increase in prostitution and drug use
← Communities become more and more dependent on tourism
← Lifestyles and working standards change in the villages and traditional modes become "monumentalized."
← Culture and theenvironment suffer

← Tour operators and tourists begin to seek new destinations that are less damaged and thus export the problem to a new area where the cycle begins again.
← The local area is left with the problems

← Creates jobs.
← Generate economic development.
← Promotes cultural exchange.
← Source of international promotion
← Promotesconservation.
← Promotion of technology investments.
← Breaks stigmas.
← Encourages foreign investment

← Improve quality of life.
← Ensures a fair distribution of costs and benefits.
← Encourage the development of tourism enterprises.
← Allows the generation of direct and indirect employment. Allows diversification of the localeconomy.
← An integration of local communities to economic activities such as turism.

← The active participation of communities makes them more aware of tourism on naturan and cultural
← Enables infracture services such as telecommunications, water , sewerage, collection and disposal of solids…etc
← Promotes the restoration of architectual pieces of interest.
