Why we need more surveillance in the schools to avoid criminal conduct?

To whom it may concern,

Now that we are living in such era, I feel that I as responsible young adult should sharethis nuisance on schools surveillance. In my opinion if we’d had more surveillance in our public schools in Puerto Rico the rate of dropouts would be less and consequently a lot of other issues whoare attracted by that. In statistics made by “child trends data bank”, it is a fact that “Young people who drop out of high school are unlikely to have the minimum skills and credentials necessary tofunction in today’s increasingly complex society and technology-dependent workplace and in other issues”. Not to mention that they are also closer to be involved in crime scenarios and criminalconduct.
According to statistics, the youthful delinquency begins with dropouts. This is proven by a sort learning by which a young person who begins to realize certain illegal activities, certaincrimes, with time puts itself towards a sort of spiral that is amplifying its incursion in the crime. This type of people are also the most likely to venture in the drugs world and other misbehaving’sbecause they came lazy people because and assume its okay not to study, they find it as an escape and also an “easy” way. But I must clarify that this behavior do or meet the expectation of what shouldbe a role model or how we want our future to be.
It seems to everyone in our country that is the every responsibility of parent to keep our children out of trouble. In my opinion, in every school(no matter if its public or private) should exist some kind of surveillance to evade students from dropping out classes or then on the contrary, a privilege for those who form part of the initiativeof staying and wanting a good future for all.
