1 taza de harina
5 yemas de huevo
1 cucharadita de manteca
½ cucharadita de polvo de hornear
½ cucharadita de pisco
Manjarblanco

PREPARACION
Hacer una masa con la harina cernida y el polvo de hornear (mezclamos estos ingredientes con las yemas, el piscoy la manteca derretida). Cuando la masa esté lista, la colocamos en una mesa (previamente enharinada) hasta obtener una capa delgada. Luego, cortamos pequeñosrectángulos y les damos forma de tubos o cilindros, uniendo los bordes con clara de huevo, y freímos rápidamente en aceite bien caliente para evitar que la masaabsorba el aceite. Por ultimo, rellenamos con manjar blanco y espolvoreamos con azúcar en polvo.
