Qué es un Manual de Normas y Procedimientos ?

Se trata de un escrito que, en términos generales, contiene todo lo que plantea la legislación laboral, lo que se expresa en el Convenio Colectivo de la actividad que tenga la empresa y muy especialmente, lo que los dueños y fundadores consideran que hace a la gestión exitosa de su propia empresa.
Entérminos particulares contiene:
* Información general de la empresa.
* Propuestas de los empleados y su implementación.
* Normas Internas relativas a horarios, descansos, llegadas tarde, ausencias, etc.
* Enfermedades y accidentes de trabajo.
* Licencias varias.
* Vacaciones.
* Incentivos y premios.
* Anticipos de haberes y préstamos.

What is a Manual of Procedure and Procedures?

It is a question of a writing that, in general terms(ends), it(he,she) contains everything what raises the labour legislation, which expresses in the Collective Agreementof the activity that should have the company and very specially, what the owners and founders think that it(he,she) does to the successful management of his(her,your) own(proper) company.

In particular terms(ends) it(he,she) contains:

* General Information of the company.

* Offers of the personnel and his(her,your) implementation.

* Internal procedure relative to schedules, rests, beenlate, absences, etc.

* Diseases and accidents of work.

* Different licenses.

* Vacations.

* Incentives and prizes.

* Anticipations of property and lendings.

* Disciplinary measures and treatment of serious lacks(mistakes).

* Security and Hygiene.

* Internal performance(discharge) - Particular Dispositions(Regulations).

Procedure of Revenue of the Personnel to theCompany.

* Others.

These pages are not an advertisement for a commercial product.
