Oltursa was founded more than 30years, starting operations by the spring of 1981. Oltursa was the pioneer inbringing buses double decker bed to the country, to the point that it became almost a famous attraction in the famous "Home Fair", the first to incorporatethe GPS in its entire fleet, much before the law obliging all formal firms to do the same, the first to decentralize care of downtown Lima to a quieterand safer with the tourist station "San Isidro", the first to provide wi-fi to internet service on board throughout the route and even the famous iPadsprovide some of its services and routes.

Awarded in 2010 with the Order of Merit of the MTC for innovation in safety and service quality is Oltursatransport line with higher rates of customer satisfaction due to a service that is always at the forefront of safety and quality care board.
