In the movie "Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps" has to deal with business and about how the stock market works. When people say"Bulls make money. Bears make money. Pigs? They get slaughtered " it means the Bull market which is a financial market . A group of securities when prices are rising or are expected to rise. Thisfinancial market can be applied or get money from anything that is traded (E.g. bonds, currencies, commodities). They also have what's called the bear market that has to do with the market condition ofsecurity prices which begin to start falling. Now, the pigs are high risk investors who are looking for the one big score in a short period of time.
The question about this movie "Wall Street: MoneyNever Sleeps" was if the movie was based on a book. Someone from the set said "No. Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps is a sequel to Wall Street (1987), which was based on an original screenplay byAmerican screenwriters Oliver Stone and Stanley Weiser. The script for Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps was written by American screenwriters Allan Loeb and Stephen Schiff." It is not shocking to know thatit wasn't a book because usually all movies are made from books, news, history, true stories or true events. (E.g. Twilight, Hachiko a dog's tale , End of the Spear, The Patriot, The Rite)
To somepeople the stock market is considered to be a game with money not being an issue. If you would go out to bankruptcy no one cares because as long as your in the game your fine. Some take it slightly...
