The course is a full time, twelve month taught programme with modular content, based around three strands:
(i) Business Management (ii) Biotechnology & Molecular Biology and (iii) Bioprocessing.
Students are required to complete all 9 core modules (see below). They must also select a further three elective modules.
All students will be required to undertake a project dissertation selected froma range of offered titles.

Teaching is by interactive lectures, short question & answer
sessions and small group interactive workshops/tutorials.
Individual and team learning are used for case study analysis.

Assessment

For further information contact:

One third of the final mark is derived from a project
dissertation. Two thirds of the finalmark is derived from
assessment of the core and 3 elective modules.
This assessment is a combination of written assignments,
individual/group seminar presentations and a multi
choice or short answer examination.
