1. ALCANCE Y OBIETIVO / SCOPE ANDPURPOSE
Las actividades de soldadura y oxicorte
pueden presentar varios peligros que pueden
tener consecuencias inmediatas (por ejemplo,
descargas eléctricas) o tener consecuencias
únicamente a largo plazo (por ejemplo,
cambios de la función pulmonar con el
transcurso del tiempo).

Welding and gas cutting activities can create a
range of hazards that can have immediate
consequences (e.g. electricshock) or have
consequences only in the longer term (e.g.
lung function changes over time).

Esta especificación se aplica a todas las
actividades realizadas que implican el uso de
una instalación de soldadura y de botellas de
gas de oxígeno/combustible.
