"What About Bob"
Is a comedy that tells the story of a man full of phobias.
He lives in a small apartment with his fish, work at home and just comes to visit her psychologist.
On the other hand,Marvin is a recognized psychologist who just got famous with his new book.
One afternoon, the psychologist Bob, an old colleague of Dr.Marvin, calls to transfer to Bob at his office.
TheDr.Marvin accepts believing that this is just by his reputation.
When Bob go out of his building to visit Dr.Marvin, is careful not to touch the walls and disinfect before touching the door, he scream whena bus throws dirt around, and climb to the top floor by the stairs when he can use the elevator, only because he is afraid, but running to avoid being late.
Bob arrives breathlessly to theconsultation of Dr.Marvin as he enters, he sees a familiar picture and tries to guess the names of people in the picture, but s wrong and ends up focusing on the query.
Bob tells the Dr.Marvin about hisfear of dying, and when he shows his new book "Baby Steps".
The book talks about how simple life can be, now Bob does not have to remember the long way home, just to give "Baby Steps" out of theoffice, "Baby steps" to the elevator, "Baby Steps" for the reception ... And Bob is fascinated!
The magic ends when Dr.Marvin informs Bob on his first visit, which will be on vacation with hisfamily. Bob is upset and begins to feel lost, but reassures Dr.Marvin handing a phone number "for emergencies only," which Bob uses the rest of the night to try to talk to him.
When Dr.Marvin refuses toanswer his calls, he starts to do crazy things to achieve more data on their location, even hires a prostitute to mark your place pretending to be the sister of Dr.Marvin and disinfect the phonebefore touch it, saying "not you, is just me"
Bob gets Dr.Marvin data and begins his journey to where you are.
