5 stress management techniques
• Learn to say no: You need to learn to say no because even though you don’t want to be rude other responsibilities willcome over you if you start accepting making other peoples job.

• Express your feelings: If someone is bothering you, you can tell this person in arespectful way what is annoying you. It is really important to express your feelings because if you keep them reserved you will never fix any problem, and it couldbecome worse so talk.

• Manage time better: Time is really a stressor so be always prepared. We, human beings always live everything for last so over planbecause if you don’t you will be dying for that 5 or 10 minutes you wasted. Conclusion: Never leave things for the last second.

• Don’t be an emo: Pleasedon’t look everything in a bad way. All of us have those days that we feel the worst person ever. Don’t do that. Avoid feeling like that. Better, startthinking in the great things that surround you and make you happy like your family, friends, pets, etc. But not only think on the other ones and remind yourselfthe awesome person you are.

• Learn to forgive: We need to accept that any human being in Earth is imperfect. Only God is perfect. We need to erase thoseresentments that are always taking your time away in a bad way. Resentments are negative so have the maturity and conscience to forgive. You will feel muchbetter, and you will have the time to look into other problems without this learning to forgive problem tormenting you, and occupying your entire mind.
