The Data of the table is in thousands of people. The most incredible change is in 2008 when increase up to 65% more than the previous year. This awesomechange is due to the economic crisis which affects Spain with a huge effect. The most affected sector in the economy was the construction. The unemployment increases quickly in Spain. Until 2013 when for first time in 6 years the unemployment rate decrease because some measures which the Spanish Government took.


2. Regional (if possible local) differentiation of unemployment rates in 2014.

As youcan see in the map, the most affected region is Andalucía where we have a city call Jerez with a 50% of unemployment. The average of Andalucía is31, 7% of unemployment. Following, we have Melilla island, with 31, 4% of unemployment.
The less affected zone is the north. La rioja, Pais vasco and Navarra have less than a 14% of unemployment. Madrid has a strong economy than the other cities beingthe capital city.
The reason of these differences between cities is that the sud of Spain had invested more money in the construction, the most affected sector by the crisis.

We can recall in Spain the rate of unemployment of women is always higher that the rate of unemployment of men’s. If we take account the ages is the same situation, always women have higher unemployment rate than men’s. The Shorter difference between both rates is for unemployed with less than 25 years. 46.6 %– 46.9%.


4. Youthunemployment rates in 2014

La tasa de paro juvenil volvió a subir en 2014 con lo que se sitúa de nuevo sobre el 49.6%, En concreto, los jóvenes en disposición de trabajar son 881.400, lo que supone un 10% menos que en el trimestre anterior. Con ello, sigue alejándose de los máximos alcanzados en el tercer trimestre de 2013, cuando rebasó los 981.000 y lo que llevó a España a disparar las alarmas detoda la UE.
Pese a ello, el mayor número de parados se concentra entre los 25 y 34 años, con un total de 176.700 desempleados.
La tasa de desempleo juvenil en España es del 49,6%. Sólo los jóvenes de Grecia, país (50.1%) se encuentran en una situación similar a los españoles. Croacia (45,5%, datos correspondientes a marzo de 2015) e Italia (40,9%) también presentan altos índices de desempleo enmenores de 25 años.
Está ocasionando que los jóvenes estén mudándose a Alemania u otros países con menor tasa de desempleo.

5. Unemployment rates of people aged 55+ in 2014.
Entre los mayores de 55 años, la situación también es complicada; la tasa de desempleo se sitúa en el 20%, mientras que la media de la OCDE es del 5,2%.De todos los países miembros tan solo Grecia, Eslovaquia y Portugal superan los dos dígitos en su porcentaje de parados.
La situación es aún más preocupante si se tiene en cuenta que la mayoría acaba engrosandolas estadísticas del paro de larga duración o de prejubilados, dos situaciones que repercuten negativamente en sus pensiones.
“Pueden ser expertos en el terreno, pero al empleador le preocupasi tendrán problemas de salud o si traerán consigo malos hábitos adquiridos de sus antiguas empresas.
