Tropical Rain Forest Assignment
When we are going to talk about preservation versus developments, both sides need to be analyzedcarefully, the arguments, pros and contras. It is obvious that every part has its own point of view about this problem, and the way the topic in question is perceived by them may change. Reason way it isgoing to be discussed the aspect in question from the different perspectives.
Tropical Rain Forest can be found in different areas of our planet such as: Australia, Mexico, Asia, Africa, SouthAmerica, Central America and on many of the Pacific, Caribbean, and Indian Ocean islands. They can actually be described in two words: wet and warm. Tropical rainforests exhibit a vast diversity in plantand animal species; they are home of thousand of hundreds of species, and by fact the support of the greatest diversity of organisms in Earth. Reason why ecologists are seriously concerned about theirprotection and the way people act, without taking into consideration the many benefits they bring daily. One of those is the reason why they have been called: carbon sinks; precisely because thetropics have a large part in reducing atmospheric carbon dioxide; and the result of the increasing destruction they have suffered in the past years is the dramatic shift in climate changes. Ecologists putall their effort in preserving the ecosystem and the species that have their habitat in the tropical rain forest, because of the many benefits they bring to our planet, our daily lives and the futuregenerations. As first, Rainforests are a vital source of medicines. Today, less than 1 percent of the world’s tropical forest plants have been tested for pharmaceutical properties, yet a quarter of allmodern medicines came originally from rainforests.
