The information in the listening passage challenge the system in the reading passage in a very specific way because it says that thesystem that A.O. Smith uses to increase the car frames did work and the productivity of the company increase, and what the system didwas very satisfactory to all the workers because all could get a lot more money than what they were getting before the implementation ofthe A.O. Smith system, but of course there were some employers that didn’t like it because of the way the system operates, when theydidn’t make a lot of car frames they didn’t get a lot of money unlike the other workers. And this system did make the company earn moremoney because of all the frames that they got to sell to the car companies but what A.O. Smith didn’t knew when he establish the systemit’s that the workers did make a lot of more product but because they did it faster the frames didn’t have the same quality that ithave when they make the frames slow, and the cars with the frames get broken really fast and this was a problem for the car companies, butafter this problems they implement another system to replace the old system.
