How To Defeat Chronic Fatigue

Chronic fatigue may endanger your health if you ignore it.
Every day a colleague, a relative or a friend are complaining of feeling tired. It seems natural and normal. But it is not. The human body is like a complicated machine that needs fuel: food, water, sleep andphysical exercises in order to work properly. Meanwhile, the insufficient supply of liquids, eating foods rich in fats and animal proteins, always at different hours, insufficient sleep, excessive intellectual effort and the lack of physical exercises affect our health and favor tiredness.
