Article 1 Summary
Article one explains the current state of the U.S market. It explains how the market is slowly recovering with a decreasing unemployment rate of 8.5percent in December. The amount of pay in which a worker receives is also under claims that says that it wont be improving anytime soon.
Article 1 Analysis
With the information provided by article one,an individual can conclude that the U.S will have a slow gain in the economy. The rapid change can be seen because many factors are going against the U.S economy such as the fall of people receivingbenefits by state programs.
Article 2 Summary
Article two explains how mortgages applications are decreasing and the decrease value of many homes. Home mortgages fell 2.7 percent by the end ofJanuary 27. In reaction to the falling mortgages, the government has made it easier for individuals to obtain certain mortgages. Over a 30-year analysis, the mortgages rate has gone down from 4.11 to4.09 percent. Even though a .02 percent decrease might seem little, it can cause huge effects on the U.S economy.
Article 2 Analysis
Based on the summary, the future for mortgages doesn’t seembright because all the evidence seem to indicate that houses will continue to lower in value. The president seems to be trying to help the situation by easing the percentage of interest of mortgages. Inthe current situation it seems like it might take more than just lowering interest rates to get back the economy running. Many factors contribute to the declining economy but it seems like it won’t befixed anytime soon.

On average the student loan in the United State has been increasing. The average student loan after graduating college is $25, 000.
