Yoga, the perfect activity for body and soul

The benefits of yoga are extremely diverse and many of them scientifically proven and also there are three reasons that make yoga the best activity to practice, because it helps not only our body, but also our soul, more importantly, lead us to greatly improve our health and certainly is an activity that anyone can practice. Even though you may think it is just an old activity and an ancienttradition that does not have any basis in the modern times, scientists have recently researched the connection between our body and emotions and have found that the immune system is fully interconnected with the central nervous system and that is why that when we face strong emotional situations that affect us, the immune system reacts depending on the emotion expressed. In this part yoga plays animportant role to help us to control both, body and emotions and in this way avoid some diseases, whether physical or psychological. Also it help us to maintain a healthy connection with a part of us we use to forget in this extremely fast life, and give us the possibility to be quiet for maybe an hour of our day.

One of the reasons yoga is a perfect activity is that it helps to maintain a goodphysical condition. First, it helps to tone up our muscles due to the stretching and strength exercises, which are crucial when doing yoga, thus your legs will look much better after just a little time. Second, also because of the stretching exercises, practicing yoga makes our body more flexible; this is very useful for us, since it will make us easier some activities which may require stretchingabilities, for example, when doing the cleaning in the house. As mentioned before, we all know that we need strength in order to make especial activities, and this is our third benefit to our body; practicing yoga increases our strength. It may sound strange to think that yoga would help us to be stronger, but it does: following a constant routine will finally invigorate your body and you will feelhow you get stronger and how you are able to do some things that you could not before, like lifting heavy things, running long roads, etc. Therefore, if you practice yoga properly, you will be able to maintain a great physical condition, and also you can improve everyday. We really thing you should choose yoga because is the best activity to thank your body.

Yoga is a powerful tool to nourishour body and soul. First, yoga is an extremely relaxing activity due to its peaceful environment. We all know that we can practice yoga in groups our by ourselves, but no matter which one you prefer, in both cases the environment is really relaxing. This is because meditation exercises along with slow movements progressively create an inner peace in our minds. A second benefit is that it helps usto be more self-conscious about our thoughts and activities: once we have practised all these meditation exercises, our mind will slowly become clearer, and as we have mentioned, our mind will be more conscious about our thoughts, thus it will affect then in the way we act in (obviously) a positive way. The third characteristic is that it helps us to have a more positive vision about life. Wecould say that this is one of the best and first aims when practicing yoga, since most of the people are looking for an activity that makes them feel better in both, mentally and physically. In conclusion, the results of practising yoga are extremely beneficial for your mind state and to maintain peace in your life. You should practice yoga because it is essential to improve your inner peace.
