A favor de la legalización de la Marihuana:
Argumentos:
• Hay que regular, no prohibir.
• Al ser legal se vuelve una fuente de ingresos para el gobierno.
• Disminuiria la violencia, causada porlos narcotraficantes.
• Eliminaria el narcotrafico de marihuana.

En Contra de la legalización de la Marihuana:
• “Cannabis as a Gateway Drug:(United Nations office on drugs and crime) Consistent evidence has shown that cannabis use almost alwaysprecedes the use of other illicit drugs, including cocaine, methamphetamine, hallucinogens (including LSD and ecstasy), illegally obtained prescription drugs, and opiates, such as heroin or morphine.Cannabis users are significantly more likely than non‐users to use other illicit drugs, and more frequent use of cannabis and younger age of initiation to the drug strengthen this relationship, even aftercontrolling for potential confounding variables and studying twins. • La marihuana, al ser legal, se convierte mas disponible para todos, y losadolescentes que siempre estan provando cosas nuevas, es mas probable que la consuman, y esta cientificamente comprobado que el consumo de marihuana en la temprana edad (antes de los 18) afecta el IQ, osea lainteligencia.
