Abstract

The attractiveness of the Chinese model is based on the dramatic results that it has had. Seeing it from different perspectives, China, with an annual average growth of 10% over the past three decades, has starred in the greatest economic revolution in the history of mankind in the sense thatnever before had been a process which a big group of people would change their material conditions of life in a way so intense in a short period of time.

Some try to approach to learn from their model "copying" or adapting to their context, others may look with suspicion and distrust the rise of the Asian giant anchored in one of the most strategic geopolitical zones of the planet.

Now well,focus in the economic field, variables such as innovation and added value are not the factors that stand in competition with the Chinese market in the recent circumstances. The relationship between price and quality of goods is added to the "list" of conditions in international markets must compete to be successful and that is precisely what China is concentrated in offering their products tochange the stereotype that what has stamped "Made in China" is synonymous of poor quality and undermine its image abroad.

Empirical evidence demonstrates the enormous challenge posed by globalization to developing economies that are neglected and clearly are not prepared to take these changes as abrupt if one confront with China at the time.

Indeed, the reorganization of the pieces in the worldboard let to identify the main players, the interactions and the geopolitics tactics like the course of action in economic and politics affairs and consolidated China with all the implemented reforms like regional power at the beginning and to move to the world power in the globe in a few years taking into account the opinion of the most significant policy makers in the Earth planet.

Introduction
The current context in the international arena (consider like the whole system), demands to the core players in the board in the both hemispheres in the world (East and West) keep on the transformation of the rigidity position that was imposed by capitalism and socialism until the end of the Cold War in 1991.

Thisremarkable event allowed to United States like embodies of the capitalist conception to settle in the world board like the hegemon and leadership of the soft and hard power transcend geopolitical, cultural and of course economic spheres.

This point refers to the neoliberalism theory in International Affairs that Joseph Nye Jr. and Robert Keohane develop in 1977 and in their book “Power andInterdependency” with the basic concepts in asymmetric and complex interdependency. Nye and Keohane studied the transnational affairs and the world policy using the Soft Power theory that governs the current interactions between countries. They also declare that the World New Order (WNO) is headed by a multipolar strategy leaded by some powerful countries.
