La torpeza del hombre “civilizado” del siglo XXI es tal, que se ha empeñado en minimizar al África como una sociedad primitiva y carente de toda virtud útil para la época. Y como si la primitivez fuera digna de ser exterminada, hasta se ha propuesto, cuan obra de caridad, crear un África antónima a lo que es: “próspera, avanzada, moderna yeducada”. Y es que ¿Por qué no habría de hacerlo? ¿Por qué el civilizado no debería extender su reino hacia el que no lo es?
