RESUMEN

El proyecto consistióen la elaboración del manual de mantenimiento preventivo
al torno paralelo MC- LANE C0636D, en él área del taller mecánico. En él se
plasma la información de las actividades correspondientes al realizar el
mantenimiento preventivo a la máquina seleccionada, ya que es un equipo
crítico y el más productivo. Este manual cuenta con la información necesaria
para aplicar las rutinas de mantenimiento alas partes principales del torno tales
como la bancada principal, husillos de giro, depósitos de lubricación y sus
mecanismos de avances, así como los recursos materiales y humanos que lo
integren. De igual forma muestra la función que realiza cada uno de estos
elementos, con la finalidad de reducir fallas mecánicas y desgaste del torno
que se pudieran presentar en un momento inesperado. Por ello,el manual es
funcional para la empresa ya que tiende a reducir gastos ocasionados por la
compra de refacciones para el equipo, también disminuye pérdidas de tiempo
ocasionadas por la reparación. Con el programa de las actividades, los
formatos de inspección y la aplicación correcta del manual de mantenimiento
propuesto en este proyecto, la detección de alguna anomalía en el equipo,
será rápida conlo cual la reposición de cualquier elemento mecánico que lo
integre, en la mayoría de los casos, se realizará con el menor tiempo posible.

ABSTRAC

The Project is the development of the preventive maintenance manual lathe,
MC-LANEC0636D in the area of the garage. It depicts the information of the
activities under perform preventive maintenance to the selected machine, as it
is a criticalequipment and more productive. This manual has the information
needed to apply to routine maintenance around the main parts such as the main
bed, spindle rotation, lubrication reservoirs and their mechanisms of progress
and human and material resources that comprise it. Similarly shows the function
that performs each of these elements, in order to reduce wear and mechanical
failures that may arisearound at an unexpected time. Similarly shows the

the manual is functional for the company as it tends to reduce charges for the
purchase of spare parts for the equipment also reduces losses caused by the
repair time. With the program of activities,the inspection forms and the correct
application of the proposed maintenance manual in this project, the detection of
an abnormality in the team, which will be quick with the replacement of any
mechanical element integrate it in the most cases, be made with the least
possible time.
