FOOD HABITS OF YOUNG PEOPLE -

Adolescence is a stage in which we have many emotional problems. We look for our own identity and the acceptance of society, therefore we leave ourselves to influence for stereotypes that show us the mass media or even what people say, without realizing that we expose our physical and mental integrity to problems as the Anorexia (not to eat) or the Bulimia (toeat in excess, but to vomit later) that bring us serious consequences, as absence or irregularity of menstruation (in women), inflammation of throat, bled of nose, stomachache, swelling of jaw and neck or to spoil the enamel of our teeth. To avoid this, is necessary to have a balanced diet and “to be kept in form” doing exercise, but without excelling us. And the most important thing: TO ACCEPTOURSELVES AS WE ARE.

DO IT FOR YOU AND YOUR HEALTH, NOT FOR WHAT OTHERS SAY!

-I DON’T do my homework.
-She DOESN’T pay attention.

INTERROGATIVE FORM
