Canada is a big country, with a lot of places to experience. Rugged mountain peaks and soft sandy beaches. Bustling cosmopolitan cities surrounded by quiet cozy villages. Historic sites brimming with authentic traditions and stories from the past. Galleries showcasing modern works and masters of Canadiana.
Innovative attractions to delight the imagination. Diverse and endlesslyengaging. Canada is made for exploring.
In China, most people would envision climbing the Great Wall, scouring the Forbidden City, feasting on Peking duck. I imagined being stuck on a tour bus with everyone snapping pictures. No surprises. Everything smooth. No serendipity. No more. It is now possible to go to China on one's own. One must arrange for a private guide and follow a set itinerary, but thecost is relatively low and if adventure is what one is after, it is nearly impossible to avoid.
Greece and the Greek Islands are one of the most popular travel destinations in Europe. Greece is a peninsular and mountainous country situated in southeast Europe on the Mediterranean Sea and has atotal area of 130.800 km2. The country is surrounded by the sea. The Greek Islands represent one fifth ofthe country's area. There are about 1400 Greek Islands of which 169 are inhabited. The majority of the islands are scattered in the Aegean Sea between the Greek and Turkish coasts.
Enjoy your journey around these countries.
