Archivos Lnk Y Exe Que No Se Abren

Archivos lnk y exe no se abren porque no tienen ningun programa asociado

Una posible solución es ir a mi pc/herramientas/opciones de carpeta y luego ingresar en la ficha "Tipos de Archivo" laextensión exe haciendo clic en "nueva". Ahí ponemos EXE y elegimos más abajo la opcion Aplicación.
Para los LNK se hace lo mismo pero eligiendo la opción Acceso Directo. En todo caso esto lo provocó unvirus o un spyware que tuve que eliminar. Uno de los spyware que estaban en mi pc era el Nail. No se si tendrá que ver. También tenía un virus y otros software malicioso. Supongo que no se obtiene nadacon arreglar el problema sin eliminar los virus...


La otra solución es creando un archivo de registro que es el siguiente:
