aaaA friend of mine passed away in a car accident in April 2010 - we promised eachother we'd go to this concert. He loved Arcade Fire and he loved this song. I was at this concert just for him - they couldn't have ended this show in any better way, this song will forever have a place in my heart. I still miss him all the time but I know he was there with me.

Just by looking at their facial expressions and the effort they put into their music makes me feel as though they believe in what they're singing and know how it's like to in a bad place.
