Black Holes
“A black

hole is a region of space-time where gravity prevents anything, including light, from

escaping. The theory of general relativity predicts that a sufficiently compact mass will deform space-time to form a black hole.” (Ferguson, K. & Watts,F. (1991). Black Holes in SpaceTime. New York: Academic Press) A black hole is an object with a large force of gravity that nothing can escape it, not even light. Gravity and mass density is considered infinite in the black hole, and so can break the normal space-time, doing that if an object enters it, is able to locate the same object to any other time and space the universe, or, also has thepossibility of making the object that enters it, it is released and trapped there, being torn apart by the infinite gravity present in the black hole. We do not yet have the technology to know if there is a black hole or location, but we can deduce as these objects exert a strong force that pulls gases, stars and even the space around them.

Once you are inside of the horizon, it means, inside ofthe black hole, the space-time is distorted so much that the coordinates describing the distance and time switch roles. The horizon seems to be a nice, static, unmoving spherical surface but once you get close of it, you can realize that it has a very big velocity, because it is moving even faster that the speed of light, so that is the reason why you cannot escape from it, because anything can befaster than light. There are two ways to describe how much big the black hole is. We can say how much mass it has, or how much space it takes up. We know that there’s not principle that explains how much mass a black hole can have, but we suspect that the black hole weight the same as a star, because black holes are produced by death massive stars. That would be 10 times the mass of the sun. The mass of the black hole is directly proportional to the radius of the horizon, so we can say that if the mass of the black holes is 10 times the mass of the sun, also its radius is ten times as large. The black hole is a region of space-time where the gravitational force is very strong and the light cannot escape from it, in addition the black hole is a very rare phenomenon where the density isvery high. Also the idea of the black holes were contemplated in the year near of 1700, and after the theory of the Special Relativity in 1905 by Albert Einstein the black holes could be understood better since that year until now. In conclusion, many Scientifics have helped in many ways to understand better the black hole phenomena by exposing theories, for example: James Bradley, Olaus Roemer,Albert Einstein, Stephen Hawking, and others. Ellis A. Black Holes Part 1. Astronomical Society of Edinburgh, Journal 39

The Astronomers and Scientifics have founded the biggest black holes in the universe that are 10 times bigger than our solar system, for example there is a black hole know as NGC 4889 in the Coma Constellation that weight as 21 billion suns, is quite much and is quiteimpressive. “These are the most massive reliably measured black holes ever,” Nicholas J. McConnell, a graduate student at the University of California, Berkeley, said in an e-mail, referring to the new observations. (December 6, 2011). Astronomers Measure Black Holes That Dwarf the Record Holder. The New York Times, P. 14A For this reason we have to investigate more about black holes that still surpriseus with a long of rare things, and also we have to thank to all the astronomers and Scientifics that are investigating to understand and found more information about this phenomena. This topic is quite interesting, the black holes can be found in every place, as small as quite big.

Black holes form when a certain object reaches a state of very high density, so it makes the same density and...
