INTRODUCTION
This work highlights theimportance that English has in our lives as it is dominated language after Spanish in Colombia.
In this paper we find the verb to be in all its forms and times. We also found the divisions of verbs, correct use of plural, possessive adjectives, and demonstrative, reflexive pronouns, countable and uncountable, question words.

The definite article in English is THE and is used to refer to something or someone specific. It is used in both singular and plural and corresponds to articles (el, la, los, and las) in Spanish.
