Recipe Spaghetti with tomato sauce
ingredients
For 5 people:
500 gr. Spaghetti
1 kg. Ripe tomato
0.75 dl. Olive Oil
1 onion
2 Baby Carrots
2 sticks of celery
1 sprig fresh basil
saltpepper
Grated Parmesan cheese.
preparation:
Blanch the tomatoes, peel and cut the flesh into small pieces, removing the seeds.
In a saucepan, sauté with olive oil the onion, carrot and celery, finelychopped.
When the onion is golden brown, add the tomato.
Cook over medium heat for about ten minutes.
Season with salt and pepper, basil.
Cook about two minutes and remove from heat. Cook the pastaal dente.
Drain and place in a serving dish.
Mix with sauce and sprinkle with a little grated cheese on top.
Serve grated cheese at the table.



Lasagna Recipe
Ingredients
Serves 4
For thesauce:
25 g. Butter
1/2 liter of milk
3 tablespoons cornstarch
For the lasagna:
1/2 kg. Minced meat
1 package of gluten-free sheets for lasagna
6 slices of cheese to melt or grated cheese
150g. serrano ham or bacon type
1 jar of tomato sauce
A little butter
Preparation:
We will use a set of plates to make gluten free lasagna (this recipe is made from sheets of Dr. Schar brand.Usually come 8 sheets per pack).
