Attachment
Purpose: use an attachment field to attach multiples files such as images. You can use an attachmentfield to attach a photo of each contact you can also attach one or more resumes for a contact to the same field in that record.

AutoNumber
Purpose: use anautonumber field to provide a unique value that serves no other purpose than to make any record unique. The common use for autonumber is a primary key.

CurrencyPurpose: use to store monetary data

Hyperlink
Purpose: use to store hyperlink such as an email address or a web site URL. A hyperlink can be a UNC or aURL. It can store up than 2048 characters.

MEMO
Purpose: use to store a block of text that is more than 255 characters in length and is formatted text.Number
Purpose: use to store a numeric value that isn’t a monetary value. If you might use the values in the firm to perform a calculation, use the number data type.OLE Object
Purpose: use to attach a OLE Object, such as Microsoft office excel spread sheet, to a record. If you want to use OLE features, you must use theOLE Object data type. In most cases, you should use an attachment field instead of an OLE Object field. OLE Object field support fewer files types thanattachment field support. In addition OLE Object fields do not allow you to attach multiple files to a single record.

Purpose: use to store a Boolean value.
