Death penalty: the most efficient punishment

The death penalty is an issue that leads to great differences of opinion. We begin by first explaining what the death penalty is. It is a punishmentto the person who has committed a serious crime and the punishment is taking his life. In my point of view, the death penalty is the most effective and safe action for the world’s crime levels todiminish in quantity. Contrary to life in prison, the person who committed the crime is eligible for parole and can be free to continue committing crimes.
The following offenses can lead to the deathpenalty: treason, espionage, murder in federal law, drug trafficking on a large scale and attempting to kill a witness, victim or judicial officer in certain cases as members of Congress and thePresident, this also applies to military law. Of course, anyone who commits a crime of this is subject to the death penalty as long as the country or state where you are present has approved it.
Having seenthese crimes, does a person who commits one of the previously mentioned crimes should be submitted to the death penalty or not? Do they deserve their rights? Perhaps when they killed a very close lovedone, stole what you obtained with great sacrifice, kidnapped a relative of yours, did they think about your rights? If they had no mercy when committing a crime, why should we pity them and waive thedeath penalty? When people see that the death penalty applies to all those who commit a serious felony, they would think before committing their acts because most will be afraid to die and that willmake the crime rate decreasses.

Here is a small comparison of states without the death penalty versus those who currently practice the death penalty:
