SISTEMA INTERAMERICANO DE PROMOCION Y PROTECCION DE LOS DERECHOS HUMANOS
RESUMEN
Se dice que son organismosde protección y control a nivel mundial garantes del Derecho Humano, en la actualidad se encuentran repartidos conocidos generalmente, como su nombre los dice, a nivel mundial existe la organización de las naciones unidas (ONU).
Gracias este sistema sean aliado países que operan a nivel regional, donde se fijaron pactos de los cuales surgieron nuevos grupos con metas especificas entre ellosque protegen y garantizan el respeto por Los Derechos Humanos, entre estos tenemos a: Europa, África, Liga de los estados Árabes, América y como parte esencial de un estado social de derecho Colombia.
La constitución política de Colombia y los tratados internacionales sobre los derechos humanos; se establece la jurisprudencia de la corte constitucional colombiana que es un bloque deconstitucionalidad fijado en nuestra constitución de 1991, beneficiando nuestro medio histórico con nuevos ajustes sociales y políticos que pasaron hacer instrumentos de poder.
En Bogotá en el año 1948 en la Novena Conferencia Internacional Americana firmaron la Carta de la OEA que establece dos instituciones principales concebidas específicamente para la protección y promoción de los derechos humanosdonde la fuerza pública es la única responsable de velar que se cumplan en los lugares que ejerzan soberanía.
A pesar de esto no dejan de salir noticias aberrantes de nuestros compañeros que vulneraron estos derechos como ha sido el caso de los falsos positivos, que ha desatado una serie de investigaciones por lesa humanidad que ha dejado mal visto las dos instituciones a nivel mundial.INTER-AMERICAN SYSTEM FOR THE PROMOTION AND PROTECTION OF HUMAN RIGHTS
RESUME
It is said that are agencies of protection and control at the global level guarantors of human law, in the present are spread generally known, as its name the said, at the global level there is the organization of the United Nations (UN).
Through this system are ally countries that operate at the regional level,where set covenants of which emerged new groups with specific goals between them that protect and guarantee respect for human rights, among these we have: Europe, Africa, League of Arab States, America and as an essential part of a social state of law Colombia.
The political constitution of Colombia and the international treaties on human rights; establishing the jurisprudence of theconstitutional court of Colombia that is a block of constitutionality set in our constitution of 1991, benefiting our historical environment with new social and political adjustments that went to make instruments of power.
In Bogota in the year 1948 in the Ninth International Conference of American States had signed the Charter of the OAS established two main institutions specifically designed for theprotection and promotion of human rights where the public force is the only responsible for ensuring that it is fulfilled in the places that exercise sovereignty.
In spite of this, we do not cease to exit aberrant news of our colleagues that violated these rights as has been the case of the false positives, which has unleashed a series of investigations of crimes against humanity that has no longerfrowned upon the two institutions at the global level.
